CUSTOMER AREA TERMS OF USE

Authorised use

Access is granted exclusively for managing the business relationship between the user and Casa Gay 1893, S.L. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Assigning, sharing or providing access to the available data to unauthorised third parties.
  • Using the information for purposes other than the Requested Access.
  • Downloading, copying or reproducing content beyond what is strictly necessary for the business activity.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping or any automated data extraction.

Credentials and security

Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials (username and password) confidential. They must immediately notify Casa Gay 1893 of any unauthorised use or security breach they become aware of, by writing to the email address provided for this purpose.

Personal data protection

Casa Gay processes personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy published at www.casagay.com

Duty of confidentiality

Users undertake to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all information, documentation and data they access through the Customer Area, both while access is in force and after it has been revoked, without time limit. This obligation covers:

  • Prices, commercial terms and rates.
  • Information about products, catalogues and availability.
  • Data of other customers or suppliers that they may access accidentally.
  • Any technical, financial or strategic data of Casa Gay 1893.

Duration and revocation of access

Casa Gay 1893 may revoke access at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email). Grounds for automatic revocation:

  • Breach of the terms of use or of the duty of confidentiality.
  • Termination of the business relationship between the parties.
  • A request from the user.
  • A legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.
